Herfel og Rangen is currently a fully owned subsidiary of Julius Herfel Group Ltd. Two seed investor tranches are scheduled for 2026 and one for 2027.
Julius Herfel currently serves as Chairman and interim-CEO through sandboxing after which Herfel og Rangen will hire a permanent c-suite.
Julius Herfel Group is a family owned, passive holding company holding family owned shares. Affiliates of Herfel og Rangen are:
- Proprietary Herfel Yield, Transactions & Illiquidity Analytics - special purpose vehicle holding the intellectual property rights of PHYTIA, the model used by Herfel og Rangen. A royalty agreement at arm's length is drafted and will be signed upon commercialisation of the model. Julius Herfel Group will offer any investor into Herfel og Rangen above defined thresholds the opportunity to purchase shares in the SPV
- Herfel Limited - Julius Herfel's consulting and publishing business and home to the AI lab M2I. Herfel Limited is operationally segregated from the rest of the group.
